Booked a room with comfortable bed. Booked the hotel for its best possible and absolutely perfect location just off the poolside restaurant, the beach and airport and center. There was an a la carte restaurant nearby.

This place was really comfortable with modern rooms and incredibly helpful staff, and the breakfast was exactly what I expected with fresh juice and good coffee.

The hotel is fabulous and housed in a new building. The room is spacious and equipped with climate control, a personal safe, and flat-screen television. The staff are very welcoming and exceptional, managed the parking on site. The location is favourable, 1 mile from a remote beach. A poolside restaurant has healthy meals.

Truly enjoyed the room with comfortable bed, my bed was comfortable. The staff were thoughtful and respectful and the location was amazing on the beach. Plus, it was short walk to airport and center.

Thanks for a great experience we had at this absolutely fabulous hotel. We had climate control, a personal safe and flat-screen television in the suite. Also, location was absolutely perfect and good, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a wide sand beach. The airport was 12 miles away.

The breakfast was amazing with fresh juice and good coffee, served by super-friendly staff. The accommodation had a secluded location near the cable car to the islands.

The hotel beach is absolutely stunning! The powdery white sand and calm, clear ocean create a perfect setting for relaxation and swimming. The beach is also private and not crowded, allowing for a peaceful experience.

The room was well decorated and well-appointed with comfortable bed, bathroom VND -2147483648. The location was secluded, close to a beautiful white sand beach and the beach restaurant.

Favourable, wonderful location in An Thoi district not far from the best beach. Big size room with exceptionally comfortable bed and down pillows.

The location and facilities were superb, especially the pools which are a must-see and must-swim in. The beach restaurant served delicious food, including my favorite dish, the caramelized fish in a clay pot. The rooms were great, with a stunning view from the big balcony. The staff were friendly and professional, and some of them spoke good English. The grounds were beautiful and the private beach was a nice feature. we enjoyed our time here.

The hotel was right by taxi, and the best beach in Phu Quoc-Bai Khem thanks to its unbeatable and particularly good location. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and exceptional and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge.

Breakfast, it was too expensive, could be better.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The value for money was outstanding, offering affordable prices without compromising on quality. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the beautifully decorated rooms with comfortable beds to the impeccable service provided by the friendly staff. The location at the best beach in Phu Quoc-Bai Khem was simply breathtaking, with its private beach offering ample lounging chairs and hammocks. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

All was fantastic, no improvements necessary.
